Do I have to pay out-of-pocket to use Counsel?
No. Counsel is available free of charge to patients through insurance, employers and doctors' offices. However, if we write a prescription or recommend in-person care, you may have an insurance-determined cost.
Is Counsel a chatbot?
No. Though our doctors are augmented by cutting-edge AI technology, you are always talking to a licensed clinician.
What happens if I need in-person care?
We understand that not all conditions can be diagnosed or treated virtually. If we think in-person care is necessary, we’ll come up with a plan that works with your insurance whenever possible.
